The third episode of my masterclass on domain name disputes talks about timing issues under the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP) and answers the question, “How long does the UDRP take?” You can watch the video below or on the GigaLaw YouTube channel.

Verification
Compliance
Commencement
Response
Decision
Transfer (if so ordered)
