Doug Isenberg's GigaLaw blog has earned a permanent place in The Expert Institute's Best Legal Blog Hall of Fame, winning second place in the "legal tech" category in 2017.
This is the third consecutive year in which the GigaLaw blog placed in the Best Legal Blog competition. In 2016, the GigaLaw blog won first place in the "legal tech" category.
The GigaLaw blog provides news and analysis about important Internet legal issues, with a focus on domain name disputes, an area of law in which Doug has practiced for more than two decades. Doug is also a panelist with four of the leading domain name dispute providers, including WIPO and the Forum.
The GigaLaw blog, which was redesigned and relaunched earlier this year, frequently covers issues related to the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP) and the Uniform Rapid Suspension System (URS).
