Attorney Doug Isenberg of The GigaLaw Firm recently facilitated a training workshop for panelists under the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP), which was organized by the Canadian International Internet Dispute Resolution Centre (CIIDRC).
The four-hour event, attended by UDRP panelists from around the world, provided an opportunity for participants to further their knowledge about both substantive and procedural issues under the UDRP.
In addition to Doug, the other facilitators for the workshop were Steve Levy and Zak Muscovitch, who, like Doug, serve as UDRP panelists for the CIIDRC.
