Doug Isenberg Speaks in London on Domain Name Disputes

Doug Isenberg of The GigaLaw Firm made a presentation on November 11, 2015, at the Law Society in London on the topic of "How The New gTLDs Are Impacting Domain Name Disputes." The presentation included an overview of the new Uniform Rapid Suspension System (URS) and its limitations; trends under the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP); and the relevance of the top-level domain name in a dispute. Doug's presentation was a part of an annual domain seminar organized by MarkMonitor. The title of this year's seminar was ".coming? Adapting Your Brand in an Evolving Domain Landscape."
