The WIPO meeting was attended by nearly 100 domain name panelists from around the world, representing 26 countries.

Doug serves as a WIPO domain name panelist, where he regularly issues decisions under the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP). He also serves as a domain name panelist at three other dispute providers, including as a URS panelist at the Forum (formerly the National Arbitration Forum), where he wrote some of the first decisions under the new URS policy.

In addition to serving as a panelist, Doug frequently represents trademark owners in domain name disputes and transactions.
