For the third consecutive year, Doug Isenberg is speaking about domain name disputes at the annual IP CLE Conference in Colorado.
Doug’s topic this year is “Developments in Domain Name Law: What’s Happening with the UDRP, AI, and ICANN.” He will provide attendees with an overview of some of the most important and interesting domain name dispute decisions from the past year, explore details about the ongoing surge in UDRP cases, explain how artificial intelligence (AI) is affecting cybersquatting, and discuss important changes coming from ICANN and others to deal with domain name abuse.
The conference takes place at the Viewline Resort in Snowmass, Colorado, from January 7-10, 2024.
