Doug Isenberg Co-Chairs 'Inn of Court' Meeting on Domain Name Disputes

Doug Isenberg served as co-chair for a meeting of the Atlanta Intellectual Property (IP) Inn of Court on domain name disputes. The program was held in the ceremonial courtroom at the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia on April 19, 2017. The program included a presentation by Doug on how to resolve domain name disputes, including under the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Policy (UDRP) and the Uniform Rapid Suspension System (URS).

The Atlanta IP Inn of Court, a part of the American Inns of Court, is an amalgam of judges, lawyers, law professors and law students. The Inn meets approximately once a month to hold programs and discussions on matters of ethics, skills and professionalism relevant to intellectual property attorneys. Doug is a charter member of the Inn, which was founded in 2010.
