Representatives of Google Inc. rolled into Brussels, the last stop on their seven-city tour of Europe to discuss the so-called right to be forgotten, which was established by a May ruling by the European Court of Justice. In each city, Google presented a regular panel joined by local experts to debate how to implement the ruling.
