In one of the tech industry’s most inconsequential legal settlements, Motorola has agreed to stop using the wildly unpopular Xoom brand after getting sued by online payment provider Xoom Corp. According to a post on The American Lawyer, the two companies reached a confidential settlement that requires Motorola to stop using the disputed name.
