The final defendant in a long-running cybercrime prosecution led by the Manhattan district attorney's office was sentenced to 22 to 44 years in prison for his role in a scheme involving stolen identifies and credit-card fraud. Douglas Latta, 40 years old, who lived in Brooklyn, was convicted in June of purchasing stolen identities and credit-card numbers from Ukrainian computer hackers.
