Snowden's Actions Could End Cyber War, U.N. Official Says

Edward Snowden's revelations about U.S. Internet surveillance have created a chance for countries to call a halt to a cyber war, a senior U.N. official said. Office on Drugs and Crime to work out how to police cyberspace.
