ZTE Corp., China’s second-biggest maker of mobile-phone equipment, signed a patent-licensing agreement with Microsoft Corp. for technology used in smartphones and tablet computers. Financial terms weren’t disclosed, Microsoft said in a blog posting announcing the deal.
