Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, D-Nev., plans to debate wide-ranging cybersecurity legislation during the first work period of 2012, according to backers of the measures. Reid told Republican leaders of his decision in a letter late on Wednesday night, the top members of the Senate Homeland Security Committee said in a statement.
