A San Francisco man who was accused of taking information on 114,000 iPad 3G owners from AT&T’s servers pleaded guilty. According to the New Jersey attorney general’s office, Daniel Spitler, 26, pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy to gain unauthorized access to computers connected to the Internet, and one count of identity theft.
