The House Energy and Commerce Communications and Technology Subcommittee has voted 15-8 to overturn the FCC's net neutrality rules. After a contentious hearing, the subcommittee approved a resolution to overturn the Federal Communications Commission's rules that prevent Internet providers from blocking access to websites that use too much bandwidth.
