Ever the protective Oscar parent, the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences has made good on its threat to sue Oscarwatch.com. The organizer of the Academy Awards filed suit Thursday in U.S. District Court in Los Angeles, accusing the Web site of trademark infringement.
