RIAA Ordered to Pay Legal Fees for Wrongly Accused Woman

In a case that was closely watched by many veterans of the file-sharing wars, a judge has ruled that the Recording Industry Association of America must help pay legal fees for a woman who says the trade group wrongly sued her for pirating music. Debbie Foster may stand to receive upwards of $50,000 under the terms of the United States Copyright Act, according to Wired News's Listening Post blog.
