Sun Sued for Copyright Infringement, Fraud

Sun Microsystems has become involved in another intellectual property lawsuit, this time with a company that says Sun and its StorageTek unit have committed copyright infringement and fraud. Internet development tools maker Netbula, of San Leandro, California, has filed suit against Sun and Storage Technology Corp. (StorageTek) in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California in Oakland for unlawful use of Netbula's core technology in their LibAttach software, according to Netbula.
