Apple Computer Inc. said it will pay $100 million to settle a patent dispute with Creative Technology Ltd., and that Creative will begin selling accessories for Apple's iPod later this year. The settlement calls for Apple to make the one-time license payment to use Singapore-based Creative's recently awarded technology patent in all Apple products.
