Dell Inc., the world's largest personal computer maker, is offering refunds to customers in China who sued the company saying their laptops had different microprocessors than advertised. Dell, the No. 2 PC maker in China after Lenovo Group Ltd., was sued by 19 people in Xiamen in the eastern province of Fujian, China Daily reported on its Web site.
