Judge Orders Attorney to Post Sanction on Firm Website

A superior court judge in Tacoma, Wash., found that an attorney helped his client fabricate tales of sexual assault by a defendant physician during an exam and ordered him to post her blistering opinion on his firm’s Web site under a headline she dictated. Legal experts say they've never seen a sanction like the Web posting, and they’re not convinced it's proper.
