Man Gets Six Years for Not Delivering eBay Sales

A man who listed hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of figurines for sale on eBay, but took the money without delivering the goods, was sentenced to six years and two months in prison by a federal judge. Chief U.S. District Judge Bernard A. Friedman described Stewart Carlyle Richardson as a sociopath and said he wanted to send a strong message to protect the popular new form of commerce conducted over the Internet.
